Had all day free today, but accomplished very little for some reason. Spent most of my time removing the wiring harness, coil, etc, and thoroughly degreasing the frame. Then I wire-brushed the heavy rust (mainly around the main-stand) and sanded the rest of the frame, finishing off with a layer of Kurust. It's now ready for priming, but I've just come in from the garage cos it's cold and miserable. Time for a curry methinks!Sunday, November 09, 2008
